Se trata de una cooperativa de docentes, que tienen un fondo com\u00fan llamado \u00abCAJA ANDE\u00bb (caja de ahorro). Vinieron a visitar Uruguay para conocer in situ el funcionamiento del sistema cooperativo de vivienda con una mirada a nuestro sistema, por ser de Ahorro Previo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La jornada comenz\u00f3 con una visita al Barrio Sur donde la cooperativa Gardeliana fue la anfitriona. All\u00ed estaban conociendo la historia y el largo proceso que han hecho, para obtener el suelo y construir las viviendas, donde se ubican cuatro cooperativas habitadas de FECOVI (Castalia 48 n\u00facleos, Cuareim 47, Viraz\u00f3n 50, Gardeliana 48).<br>Luego pasado el mediod\u00eda, se dirigieron a CUDECOOP para seguir el intercambio junto a representantes de FUCVAM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fue una jornada muy rica e interesante para todos y desde FECOVI se logr\u00f3 seguir difundiendo y promoviendo las bondades del sistema para garantizar el derecho a la ciudad y a una vivienda digna.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El pasado 30 de noviembre los directivos, Zulma Perdomo y Luis Llorca han recibido una delegaci\u00f3n de 14 compa\u00f1eros y compa\u00f1eras llegados desde Costa Rica.
