{"id":2379,"date":"2018-01-22T21:43:17","date_gmt":"2018-01-22T21:43:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fecovi.coop\/web\/?p=2379"},"modified":"2018-01-22T21:44:19","modified_gmt":"2018-01-22T21:44:19","slug":"se-adjudico-el-prestamo-a-cooperativa-mandalas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fecovi.coop\/web\/se-adjudico-el-prestamo-a-cooperativa-mandalas\/","title":{"rendered":"Se adjudic\u00f3 el pr\u00e9stamo a Cooperativa Mandalas"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El pasado 28 de diciembre se realiz\u00f3 el segundo sorteo del a\u00f1o del Ministerio de Vivienda, Ordenamiento Territorial y Medio Ambiente (MVOTMA) para el financiamiento de la construcci\u00f3n de nuevas cooperativas, siendo adjudicado directamente el pr\u00e9stamo a la Cooperativa COVIUMAN (Mandalas), asociada a nuestra Federaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Fundada en el mes de setiembre de 2014 con 6 socios, la cooperativa concret\u00f3 la adquisici\u00f3n del terreno en el barrio Reus, planteando como objetivo la construcci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de reciclaje. El n\u00famero de socios se ampli\u00f3 finalmente a 8 n\u00facleos familiares.<\/p>\n<p>El acto tuvo lugar en el Museo del Carnaval y cont\u00f3 con la presencia de la Ministra de Vivienda, Ordenamiento Territorial y Medio Ambiente Eneida de Le\u00f3n, el subsecretario del Mvotma Jorge Rucks, el director Nacional de Vivienda Salvador Schelotto, el presidente de la Agencia Nacional de Vivienda Francisco Beltrame.
