econ\u00f3micos y financieros movilizan a las Cooperativas"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Convocadas por el Consejo Directivo de FECOVI, las cooperativas en proceso de construcci\u00f3n y las pr\u00f3ximas a construir, intercambiaron entre s\u00ed -con los directivos y asesores t\u00e9cnicos- sobre las dificultades econ\u00f3micas y financieras que en algunos casos enlentecen los ritmos de las obras y en otros hacen peligrar su finalizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Con una muy alta participaci\u00f3n, las cooperativas Ra\u00edces Nuevas, Alondra del Prado, El Terru\u00f1o, Libres, Covitv 1, 30 de febrero, Del Nav\u00edo y\u00a0 Covifatax , pusieron en evidencia el enorme esfuerzo que hacen los cooperativistas que se ven obligados a realizar ahorros sensiblemente superiores al 15% estipulado y muchas veces deben, adem\u00e1s, recurrir a otros mecanismos de financiaci\u00f3n, generando un endeudamiento muy superior al deseado.<\/p>\n<p>El pr\u00f3ximo<strong> 18 de abril<\/strong> se celebrar\u00e1 una nueva reuni\u00f3n y se avanzar\u00e1 en definir estrategias conjuntas que permitan visualizar los problemas actuales, buscando el eco necesario para zanjar \u00e9stas
